EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKLOAD ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect both partially andsimultaneously work environment workload on jobsatisfaction PT Mahkota Group employees. population in were all employees ofPT Group, totaling 105 sampling technique used purposivesampling.
